Using a different desktop environment

- [Instructor] Throughout this course so far, I've been using GNOME 3, that's the desktop environment that comes with Workstation. But you can pretty easily switch to other desktops, too. Using the DNF Package Manager, and the Groups feature, you can install the group for the desktop you want to use. And you can have more than one desktop installed at the same time. You can switch back and forth at login. Let's take a moment and install another desktop environment. I can see what's available with dnf grouplist. Here, under the Available Environment Groups, I can take a look and see what's available. Let's install the LXDE Desktop. To do that, I'll write dnf groupinstall and LXDE Desktop in quotes. I'll say yes to install. This'll take a while, so we'll speed up the video. So, I'll make my terminal smaller, and I'll go up here and LogOut of my desktop environment. Here on the Login screen, I'll click my name, and then I'll click the gear icon, and I'll choose LXDE. Then I'll type my…
