Advanced features of pattern regions and Step Sequencer
- [Instructor] Let's take a look at some of the more advanced features of our step sequencer and pattern regions. So I have our tracks looping, our two tracks, (upbeat music) And let's say we want to create a little snare roll at the end here. So I'm just going to add a little snare here. (upbeat music) One of the things we can do if we hit this little dropdown is we can change the velocity. So maybe I want to make the last note hit the hardest and kind of do a little chill there. (upbeat music) So we can adjust velocity per step. We can add note repeats to add kind of a little stutter here. And the way we do that is we click on the cell and drag left to right, to create more or less repeats if we drag to the right, it's going to create more. This might sound a little glitchy at this tempo though, but let's listen. (upbeat music) - Let me just solo that too. (soft music) All right, so, I like that though…
