- [Instructor] Let's take a look at some of Logic's built-in modulation effects. Now when we use the word modulation which is just a fancy word for change, what we're generally talking about are effects that are making a copy of the signal and then moving the copy around somehow to create some interesting textures. So let's just start out with the Chorus and it's called Chorus and by the way that's under the modulation category here. And the Chorus is really simple. Chorusing effects are really cool 'cause they create a sort of double but they're delayed very slightly and often there are some pitch things happening with them and what we can do is we can really thicken a sound by doubling it and adding some more harmonics and some different frequencies to it in a very interesting way.
