- [Instructor] Like pitch correction or auto-tune, Melodyne is another powerful tool when it comes to processing the pitch for vocals. Although it can be used effectively as a tuning software here we'll explore a unique feature of Melodyne, where you can actually create harmony parts using the tool in Logic Pro Ten. So I've made a duplicate track, and I've actually copied and pasted this section of vocals into that duplicate track. Right now it's exactly the same thing, but we're gonna go on this track, and insert Melodyne. I've actually already inserted the plug-in here, and we'll use Melodyne to change the pitch and make a harmony part out of this section. So if you don't know where Melodyne is, it's in audio unit since it's a third party plug-in under Celemony Melodyne and I've inserted it into this double track.
