- [Instructor] Earlier in this course, we showed you how to automate some parameters in retro, like the filter and the LFO rate. Let's pick up from that session and now take a look at some creative midi effects that you may be using often when producing electronic music. I'm going to first play the session so we can just refresh our minds on how this sounds (bright upbeat music) Cool. So you can really hear the filter moving and also the LFO rate here. And you can see the rate here in eighth notes 16th note triplets, 32nd notes, 64th note triplets and so on. I'm going to hit "a" on my keyboard to close out of automation for now.
