- [Narrator] Now that we've gotten past our sound sources it's time for us to talk about filtering. So once the sound gets passed from our oscillators which can be samplers, or whatever you want to look at it as, they go on to the filter section. Now, we do have filters, as we mentioned before, inside of our oscillator modules, but for now we're just going to talk about the filters over in the middle of the advanced section. They're very, very similar. So, first of all, let's go ahead and talk about how the sound gets to the filters, and that's through these cross faders right here, okay. We can use these cross faders to send to filter one or filter two. We can also send to different effects buses and that's these guys down here. On many of the presets you're going to find that the effects preset uses just a main effects chain, which means that it affects the whole instrument through its master section. If we want to bypass certain things or send certain filters or certain oscillators…
