- [Instructor] Because Logic's primary role is as a sequencer, its default setup will have a metronome, and count-off, and a bar beat grid, and other things that are useful in a musical context, but not in the world of audio post. So let's adapt Logic to fit our workflow. So there are two sets of preferences in Logic. We'll go to the global preferences first. So Logic Pro menu, preferences, and general. Now, let's skip over all these tabs across the top and go to advanced. We've already enabled our advanced tools. Let's go ahead and enable all of these other options too. Now, my boxes didn't check when I enabled all, so I'm just going to click here as I talk, but as you read through these various options here, you're going to realize that these are kind of integral things to audio post.
