From the course: Microphone Techniques: Essentials
Mic storage
- [Narrator] It's best to get in the habit of taking great care with your microphones. They should be stored in their cases in the studio or in a mic locker-style case for traveling and live sound engineers. When setting up and striking a session or after a live gig, we all can be tempted to be careless but spending time to store all of your gear safely, mics included, pays big dividends in the long run.
