- [Lecturer] So now that we have our Sonic Mood Board and we're ready to present these to the client for their feedback, there are some things to really be mindful of. And one of those is the DB level, or volume level of our sounds. If we present sounds to the client on first feedback that are distorted or too quiet, it's usually not a good thing. So I'm going to go ahead and specific to Abelton Live, I'm just going to expand this mixer here where we can see our individual track volumes and we also have our master output here with a peak level indicator and I'm going to go back and play some of the sounds from sound set two. (soft knocking) So you can see that this knock here is hitting right at about minus 18 which is right around where we want to be. This also is hitting right around there. (knocking) This is minus 17. (light bell ringing) Minus 17. (knocking) Minus 16. So within a couple of DB of minus 18 which is a really okay range to be. We want to make sure that we're not…
