Recording a band

- [Instructor] Although logic excels at being a one man recording and production studio and also performed exceptionally well at multi-tracking a band. In this movie, we'll go over some settings and techniques for recording more than one instrument at one time. So for this recording setup, we'll need eight tracks. We're going to need eight inputs. Keep in mind here, we need to be working with a multi-channel interface something with more than two inputs and outputs for this to really work. So let's make eight tracks. So here under audio, I'm going to choose eight and then I want to show you a neat way to make their inputs ascend from one to eight. Now, for the sake of demonstration I'm going to choose internal buses but here's where you might want to choose input one for your first track and by choosing ascending it will order the tracks, in other words, track two will be input two, track three will be input three.
