- [Evan] My name is Evan Sutton, and welcome to Virtual Instruments in Logic Pro. Logic Pro is a cutting edge digital audio workstation that's great for recording and editing midi and audio, mixing and mastering, composing, doing sound design and much more. It also comes with tons of cutting edge instruments that you can use to create anything from a realistic orchestral mock-up to a heavy techno opus. In this course, we'll start out with some of the great emulations we have going for us, including vibey keyboards instruments and electric pianos. Next, we'll talk about samplers and how we can emulate a wide variety of instruments and also create some new ones. Then we'll move on to the plethora of synthesizers that are included with Logic Pro. We'll touch on everything from basic synthesis to using some of the most cutting edge and advanced systems on the market right now. So make sure you don't forget your keys. Let's get going.
