- [Instructor] Let's dive in to some additional, advanced features of Sampler. So I have it opened in its default state. (musical beeping) And I'm just going to go ahead and actually disabled this synthesizer section from view. It'll still play notes if I play notes on the midi keyboard. But I'm actually going to go ahead and enable our zone section. And now I have some various pad sounds that are kind of samples of older retro synths and I've just want to bring them in and do some interesting things with layering. So you see, we can just drag an audio file and bring it right here. And we now have this audio file in but we have to go to mapping to tell it where to play. So by default it mapped to C1. (low humming) But I want to expand that. And what I'm going to do is just drag this edge here all the way to C3. So now when I play, (electronic scale) I can play the same sample chromatically or polyphonically…
