- Now that we're familiar with the world of with the history, the objects, the colors, the textures, the styles of Newburyport and the ocean and framing, next step is to put images on words that don't naturally have images. For example, the word "creative." You can't draw "creative." How do you portray it? A good place to start is with a little brainstorm. List whatever comes to mind when you think of creative. It can be anything. How about a cliche like a lightbulb or a brain, fingerpaints, a spark, a mad scientist, Legos, a collage, an artist. It's a good idea to collect pictures of these for scrap, easy to find on the web. Just take screenshots. They're for your own reference. You won't be copying or publishing. Go through your list of client words, like high end and custom, and keep in mind that your images don't have to have anything to do with framing, just whatever comes to mind.
