- I can still hear my fourth grade teacher reminding me that the sun is just another star. And so it is, but it's our star. If ever there is a symbol with endless interpretation, it must be our sun. Consider for a moment why that is. We've all seen images of the sun as viewed though filtered telescopes that let us see the roiling gases arcing from its surface. Icons of suns are really a representation of the experience and seldom intended to be a faithful reproduction. When you're designing a logo using a sun, you can let your fabric of construction represent your client. These marks are all handcrafted in orientation and signify an element of humanity, or friendliness.
