- One of the other great capabilities of the Panasonic Image app is the ability to copy the settings from one GH5 to the smartphone, not only as a backup, but to then copy to other GH5s. So if you're on production set and you want to make sure that all of your GH5s have the exact same settings, you can take your phone, go to one camera, make a connection, copy the file over, and then go to each other camera, establish the wireless connection, and transfer them to it. You can do the same thing by copying that settings file onto a memory card and moving it from camera to camera, but you might find this way to be easier. Plus it allows you to save a virtually infinite number of storage settings on your Iphone. So even if you only have the one GH5 and you find that you're constantly swapping between saved settings, instead of having to keep a archive full of files on your computer that you then have to copy onto a memory card, then copy into the camera, you can simply store them on your…
