Creating the crimped lace grips

- [Instructor] The next detail that I'd like to model is a little metallic grip to go at the top of these lace holders. So I've created a new empty mesh item in the item list just above the lace holders, which I've named grip and colored pink, and the pink color is just to denote that it's destructively modeled. It's a non-procedural mesh. So I'm just going to zoom in a little bit closer. Then I'm going to select the lace holder's geometry, switch into polygon mode, and I'll select these two polygons and hit the L key to select the rest of the loop, then I'm going to come up to the work plane button and holding Alt, I'm going to access the options. Let's just click on that and let's just also drag the panel to pin it. I'm going to click the button to align the work plane to my selection. With that done, I'm going to hit Control + C to copy those polygons to the clipboard. Then I'm going to select the empty grip mesh…
