Creating a speaker 3: Modeling the mesh details, part 1

- [Tutor] Now that we have these circular shapes modeled into a mesh, we can start adding details. So am going to begin with the woofer. I'll switch into polygon mode, and am going to select this polygon here in the middle of the woofer. Then I'll hit a "b" key to activate the polygon bevel tool. I'm going to select the blue handle on the bevel tool, and I'm going to push that inwards. Then am going to hold the shift key and I'm going to click in the Viewport, and that will reactivate the tool on top of itself. With that done I'm going to highlight the blue handle and I'm going to pull that out. And then I'm going to highlight the red handle and just push it in a little bit. And having done that I'm going to drop the tool. So that's created our speaker cone. The next step will be to cut up this large polygon in the middle into smaller pieces. Because currently, this polygon has eight sides. And generally, in order to avoid shading errors, particularly on curved surfaces such as this…
