Duplicating the dials

My dial is going to need a UV map. Particularly this circular section at the top. So, I'm going to create that now. So, I'll open a UV panel here on the side and I'll switch to the UV tools. I'll select the default UV texture, and I'm going to delete the existing UV's. I'll also just hide the inactive UV's on the other meshes 'cause I find them distracting. Then I'm going to paint select this circle of triangles in the middle here, and then shift, up arrow, to extend the selection. Then, I'm going to activate my work plane. My custom work plain, which is aligned to control panel. And I'm going to switch to the top view. So, I'm looking top down onto my dial. And I'll run the projection view command, and I'll just click once in the 3D view porch just to get a perfect planar projection as I selected polygons and then hit "q" to drop the tool. Then, I'll hit the "h" key to hide those polygons that I've just unwrapped, and I'll switch back to my perspective view. I'll switch to edges…
