Editing the laces
- [Instructor] In this video, I'm going to edit the laces geometry to fix any overlapping or penetration issues. So I'm going to select the laces topology mesh in the item list and switch into polygon mode. And any changes I make to the geometry of this mesh, will be automatically propagated to the procedural lace bevel mesh. So let's zoom in and take a closer look at the geometry. I'm going to select this polygon. And then I'm going to set my fall off to be soft selection. And then I'm going to hit the W key to activate the move tool. So, although I only have this one polygon selected, the orange highlight that's drawn around it, is telling us that the soft selection fall off is expanding the selection to include all of the polygons within this soft selection radius. And as long as select through is off, you can interactively change the radius of your soft selection by right clicking and dragging in the viewport,…
