- [Instructor] This is hands down the most important movie in this course. Back up your users' data. I'll say it again, back up your users' data. Sure, back up your servers, count on Google and Microsoft and DropBox and box.com and whoever else to back up and provide uptime and file restores on your cloud storage, but don't let that soothe you into complacency. Every Mac you administer can have problems, as we've seen, and sometimes the only result possible is that you will need to erase primary storage and reinstall the operating system. After that reinstallation, you can tell the users to log into their cloud services and they'll get back whatever they stored in those locations, or you can restore their system from a backup and hand them back a computer that they can work on immediately.
