Creating profiles
- [Teacher] Configuring a MDM profile is actually one of the easiest parts of running a MDM system. The profile must of course be scoped to the correct hosts and management must be approved by an admin user on Macs these days. There are many things that can go wrong in the middle, but this part of the puzzle is where you set the configuration, the behavior you want to happen on the systems you want to control, and that makes this the fun part. We will start by logging into our Jamf Pro Instance. When you log into your Jamf Pro console, you'll notice right away that in the upper left hand corner, you have this interface separated into computers, devices, and users. And that's because you can control each of these things separately.
