- [Instructor] Let's start this video with a question. Do you know how I can get to the documents folder on my storage drive? Well, you might remember that I can open Finder, then click the option on the left for my main storage drive. Then open the user's folder. Inside of that, open the home folder with my name on it. And inside of that, I will find my documents folder. Pretty easy, right? Well, maybe, maybe not. I do think it's very important to know the path to the folders that you use, but let's be realistic. On a day-to-day basis, you need something faster than that. And that's what shortcuts are for. Over here on the sidebar on the left, I want you to see this category labeled Favorites. To the right of that, is this button that you can click to open or close that. So I want to make sure it's open so we can see the contents of the Favorites.
