So, what is troubleshooting? Well, troubleshooting is the systematic approach, to identifying and resolving issues. Some people have broken it down and, and really identified the steps and the methodology to it, but really that's all it is. It's just the stepwise motion of, identifying and resolving issues. Now the thing is there are different types of issues. There are hardware issues. Something like your DVD player not working or your screen not turning on.
There are software issues. The ones and zeros of the digital DNA that you're interacting with. A software issue might be an application that just won't open or an error every time that you try and save your document. There are also environmental issues. These are problems that only occur in certain areas. Say, whenever you plug in your Ethernet connection at home, it never works. But as soon as you get to the office, it works just fine. There's also educational issues. These are things where, there's really not a problem with the system or with the computer, but how you're doing things.
