- [Instructor] MailChimp offers teams an easy way to collaborate on email campaigns so that you can be sure your campaign is edited and tested before you send it. Before sending any campaign into your audience's inboxes all across the world, I highly recommend that you send a test email to yourself and to the members of your team who are responsible for editing and testing campaigns. Sending any campaign with spelling errors or broken links can be damaging to your brand reputation. To send a test, you can click Send a Test Email. You can type an email into this top field and you can send it to other users in your account. Something I've noticed is that MailChimp saves these settings, so I always recommend that you open up this dropdown so you don't accidentally send the test to someone that you didn't contend to.
