- [Instructor] Email marketing relies on connecting with your audience, and direct connections can make a big difference. When people reply to your email campaigns, you can use the inbox feature to review and respond to their messages right in your MailChimp account. There are two places where you can set the option to make sure that email replies go to your inbox inside MailChimp. We'll open an individual email to see how this works. Click the settings and tracking section in the email builder, and you can choose the boxes here to track opens and clicks, things like that. But you'll notice that we've selected to use our inbox to manage the replies. This has already been configured. To see how this gets set up, let's go to our audience dashboard. If you have more than one audience, you'll see a dropdown up here to select the audience that you want to work with. We have only one, so we can go straight to the inbox.…
