- [Instructor] When your campaign is designed and tested, you have two options to send it. You can send it immediately, or you can schedule it. A scheduled campaign gives you control over when your audience will receive it. To send it immediately, you can click this Send button, but let's take a look at what scheduling a campaign looks like. You can set the day you want your campaign to be sent by clicking the Calendar button and choosing a day. You can choose a delivery time, or if you upgrade your account, MailChimp will determine the best time, based on your audience's prior engagement with your campaigns. Your account has to be upgraded to get access to this feature, though. If you have a relatively large audience, say tens of thousands, for example, you might find it helpful to send the email in batches.
