- [Instructor] MapGuide has two main flavors of the web-based map viewer. We'll explore both of these flavors and what tools come with each type. More tools than zooming and panning are definitely offered in both of these. The first one is the basic web layout. This is the fundamental web layout that comes with MapGuide. It is basically just publishing your map with some very simple tools. You've got the ability to zoom in and out, so I'm using the wheel on my mouse to zoom in and out. You'll notice the layers are on the left-hand side by default and you can't move these around. They're always on the left. And you can turn on the groups of layers or you can turn off and on individually each layer inside that group. Now, you can see that some of these layers are selectable. For example, there's a little icon next to parcels showing I can actually zoom in and pick on these, so I'll do that. There's a little icon…
