- [Instructor] I know this might be hard to believe, but many customers will likely need to engage with your content multiple times before trust is built and they decide to make a purchase. Known as the buyer's journey, it's the process buyers go through to become aware of, consider, and decide to purchase a new product or service. As a marketer, it's your responsibility to create content that moves the buyer through this process so they'll be compelled to purchase. The buyer's journey has a number of stages.
