Building a comment response chart

- On social media, one simple comment can escalate from a small issue into a crisis. But you can plan ahead to avoid this from happening. A Comment Response Chart is a flow chart diagram with yes/no questions to help guide how you handle different conversations with responses that lead to positive interactions. It shows a range of conversations from daily dialogue and general questions to complaints and negative experiences. For an example of what this sort of chart looks like, download the handout titled Comment Response Chart. The main reason you need one of these charts is that it's always better to prepare for potential situations before they occur. It takes time to build those yes/no scenarios but better to have it now than scramble in the midst of a stressful moment.
