- When Lyft launched Lyft Line it needed to make sure all of its target audiences used the new product. Strategically accomplishing that objective is planned a go-to-market. A go-to-market plan is what product marketers live for. It's our big show. Bringing new products, solutions, and services, and offers into the spotlight to our audiences. All through it's main components. Brilliant positioning, messaging, and marketing. Completing a go-to-market is no easy task though. Because it requires a wide cast of stakeholders and expertise. And UX product and marketing. Most of all, it requires skillful relationship management to get buy in and approval from the entire ensemble of stakeholders. Lets break down those main components to relationship management.
