- I've worked with many different companies over the years, and I've heard many misconceptions about content. I've even heard these misconceptions come to light in the middle of a content marketing project. And if your coworkers have misconceptions, working through them can cause delays, or worse. So, before you get started, take the time to align everyone on what content is. I define content as the substance of a customer experience, and that includes assets such as text, video, articles, white papers, podcasts, photos, infographics, charts, polls, and much more.
