- Congratulations on completing this course on making change last. I say completing, but by now you probably realize you've just started the process of making change happen. Now it's up to you to make that change a reality. If you haven't already, ask yourself, "What's one change that I'll make a part of my life?" And then, "What are the first two actions "I need to take to make that change happen?" Schedule time to to do these things, so you can begin developing muscle memory. Feel free to quickly review this course by jumping through the videos, and if you have the option, play them again at a higher speed. Use this speedy review to build your plan for that change.
