(upbeat music) - Growing up, there was one key rule that governed all family interactions. It's very important. When you go in the house, doesn't matter whose house it is, you have to greet everybody even if you have no idea who they are and you forgot where you met them. This was the quintessential function of my life growing up. It would be an overwhelming sea of forehead kisses and cheek squeezes and people telling embarrassing stories of times I really didn't remember. You used to be a huge baby. How did your mom deliver you? I remember when you used to just de-robe in church and run around naked. I saw this picture of you with a girl. When will we meet her? The best part of reflecting on those family moments and even the embarrassing times is that I knew I was being seen fully, and I didn't have to pretend I was something I wasn't.
