- Your website is your home online, but your company's profile pages on social media are your storefronts and they need to be attractive so people feel enticed to visit you. In this video, I'll walk through the components your social media profile needs and what you should think about to make yours appealing. A company profile or account is a page you set up in the main social platforms, like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc. It's a unique space to share and connect with your customers. Profiles look somewhat different in the different social media platforms, but you'll always find three important components. The first one is your identity. It's your name and imagery that represents your brand or company.
