- [Narrator] If you asked 10 people to name their favorite restaurant, chances are you'd get a variety of answers because we all have different likes and preferences. Similarly, the content you create must appeal to the interests and needs of your specific audience to be effective. It simply can't be a one type fits all. When thinking about the type of content to develop, ask yourself a few questions. First, who's my target audience and what type of content resonates most with them? Depending on who they are, you can choose to use content like video, infographics, eBooks, white papers, webinars, case studies, or product sheets. For example, if your targeted customers are 12 to 13-year-old kids, it's highly unlikely, you'd use white papers as content. But, short videos might be great attention grabbers for them.
