Start by reading all the data you have available to provide insight, review your buyer personas, and qualitative or quantitative research you have to understand which touch points customers want to consult to find information about your product or service. Do customers prefer to find information on your website or on peer blogs or read peer reviews? Do they have a favorite magazine where you should place a print ad?
