- [Instructor] When many companies and marketers hear the word offer, they immediately think of reasons to buy. Things like no setup fee, first month free, et cetera. However, I think it's much more and much broader than that. There's certainly a lot of value in making it easier for prospects to buy at the end of the sales process. But the most important offers for many marketers are much higher up in the buying cycle. For example, what incentives can you put in place to encourage prospects to simply engage, to give you a few minutes to share a commercial insight or reframe? In a crazy busy world when prospects are inundated with messages, sometimes a simple and valuable offer can help you stand out from the crowd and valuable does not have to equal expensive.
