Different platforms for customer reviews

- There are two types of search engines or directories for customer reviews. The first is general search engines. Now, this is Google, Bing, Yahoo. You've probably searched for something on one of these search engines. The next is industry-specific directories. For example, Yelp, which is for food or restaurants, Healthgrades, which is for doctors, Avvo, which is for lawyers, and TripAdvisor, which is for travel. So, since I just mentioned TripAdvisor, let's go over here and we're going to look at a hotel I recently stayed at, and that is Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites Carpinteria, and what is interesting is a lot of the search directories are structured pretty similarly. So, at the very top of this, we see contact information and location for this particular hotel. Then, we see the overview. We see that this has four out of five stars, which is a pretty good ranking and review for this location, based off of TripAdvisor's overall ranking system. So, there are several amenities…
