- Did you know that on average a corporate job listing attracts 250 applicants. Most of those resumes and applications won't be memorable enough to make it past the initial review. You want to stand out to ensure you're leaving a lasting impression with the hiring manager, so they're interested enough to reach out for an interview. Before building on a portfolio, website, and resume to communicate what only you can bring to a position, you've got to establish what makes you different. First, identify what your strengths are personally and professionally.
