Documenting lessons learned

- From your campaign outcomes to post-crisis evaluation, you can document what you've learned. Most teams call this the postmortem. I know, it sounds like a meeting you don't want to have, but actually, it's the best way to wrap up a program by gathering insights from your team. I suggest keeping your documentation saved in a shared folder for every campaign, so your team can share material easily. Assuming that you've pinpointed who's going to be in charge of documenting, and presenting all of the results of the campaign, and keeping that information organized, we can begin. Let's talk about what should go in that folder. First, document how people feel. Document how the team felt about the campaign results. You don't want to miss the qualitative data.
