Five tools to help manage brand reputation

- Here are five tools I use with my clients to help manage and track brand reputation. Of the five tools, Google Alerts and Buffer are great for any size brand. The other three tools that I will mention are for larger businesses. Google Alerts is the simplest way to track brand mentions. You're able to sign up for alerts for keywords for your brand. For example, I might use the keywords Landon Hotel to search for daily mentions of my hotel. Let's go into Google Alerts right now. And I will create an alert for, and I'm going to use quotation marks, Landon Hotel. Great, and now I'm going to go ahead and enter in my email. And I'm going to do that. And I'm going to create an alert. So I'm going to click on Show options. And from here, I can see how often I'd like to receive this alert, what sources I'd like to get this alert from, so news, blogs, web, the language that I can receive this alert in, the different regions that I can search for these keywords in, and then how many of these…
