- Why should you survey your community? Knowing what your customers and brand advocates really think help keeps your brand ahead of the curve and helps stop any bad brand habits. The best method to survey your community is to create online questionnaires using sites such as SurveyMonkey, Typeform, or Google Forms. These all allow tracking and will aggregate responses into one document. Try organizing an exclusive group of users for beta features, product launches, and news. This group will be the first ones you survey when you're launching a new product or idea. After events, reach out individually to attendees and ask for their honest feedback. What do they like, what do they dislike, and what would they like to see in the future? Which brings us to asking for suggestions for future events or conferences that they'd like to see the brand take part in.
