Getting real customers to leave a review
- If you have an existing business, but no reviews, how do you get customers to leave you review? Here's two ways to get your real customers to leave a review for your brand or business. Offer incentives, such as, online codes for inexpensive amounts. Foursquare does this with check-ins on brick and mortar businesses and locations, and Yelp works with similar businesses to give you, for example, a free drink, or a similar low-cost item or perk. In fact, let's go over to Yelp right now, and we're going to take a look at CocoAndre Chocolatier, which is a great boutique chocolatier. And we can see right here that you can get a free small bag of bark or turtles if you check-in. And I really sincerely hope that this is chocolate.
