- [Instructor] It's important to understand that the online landscape is constantly changing and evolving. The data that you collect today may be different from the data that you would collect tomorrow. So it's important to stay in the loop with what your competitors are doing and stay informed about new competitors that are entering your online marketplace. A good way to do this is by setting up some Google Alerts. Google Alerts will allow you to receive notifications when new articles or web pages are published based on some keywords that you can specify. You can access Google Alerts by going to google.com/alerts. On this page, you'll either have to log in with a Google account or create a new one. But I'm already logged in and when you get logged in, you might see some suggestions where it says "Me on the web." It kind of suggests some alerts for me to monitor myself. But we are going to create some custom alerts.…
