(lively music) - What do you regret most about college? Don't actually answer that, I don't want to know. That's really personal. The thing I regret most is never going abroad. All the friends that I had that went came back with a new language, brand new experiences, crazy stories and appreciation for something they otherwise wouldn't have had access to. For brands or people that are trying to reach new audiences, that's also an opportunity for you. As a brand you have two options, you can show up as a tourist, you can collect trinkets, commonly held ideas, assumptions about people and you can craft whatever experience you feel makes sense for you, that's easy. Or you can immerse yourself. Immersion is uncomfortable. You have to push yourself to learn new things, challenge old ideas and it will take you time, attention, and effort to learn who they are, what they want and how you can provide value to them.
