- There can't be true engagement without interaction. So we've spent time discussing how using co-creation empowers attendees to help sculpt your event through the use of crowdsourced contribution. Now let's break down how to do this using attendee-generated content from beginning to end. As you begin planning your event, ask for attendee insights early in the process. And survey your attendees. Have them weigh in on the actual event date or length of the event. Find out what topics they're most interested in. Have them suggest industry subject matter experts and vote on the event's keynote speakers. If it's someone they're excited to hear from, they're going to show up to hear them speak. You can also have your attendees be your own brand ambassadors and have them spread the word about your event with a social media sharing contest.
