- Brand leadership is more important now than ever before. The proliferation of media channels, especially digital and social media, makes it harder than ever to reach customers, much less to stand out to them and get them to buy from you. And even if you can attract lots of customers, it's getting harder and harder to keep them. But brand leaders manage to break through endure over time and soar to new heights. Strong brands enjoy higher profit margins, accelerated growth and greater stability and sustainability as a business.
