In this lesson, I will teach you why being judgmental does not resolve conflict and I'll show you three things you can do to keep yourself from judging. I love this quote and how it applies to resolving conflict without judgment. We love to judge. I admit it. I love judging. It comes so naturally for most of us, but when you're trying to resolve conflict, judgments get in the way of you really hearing what the person is saying and it also stops you from really wanting to work with them to resolve the conflict. When you judge, you can come off as judgmental rather than a good listener. And when you're in conflict, you want to be that good listener. Now, it's hard.
