- You know how some people seem to only be interested in what they're saying, or getting their message across to you? That doesn't feel too good, does it? That won't make you like or want to talk with that person. You may even start to tune them out. But what about when someone starts a two-way dialogue with you? They share their thoughts or point of view with you, but they're also an excellent listener. This is the type of person you want to spend time with, get to know better, listen to, and feel comfortable sharing your own point of view. Well, it's similar with companies in marketing.
