- Did you know that almost half of digital marketers in the US and UK spend at least 10% of their budget on social media influencers? And that number is rising? Many marketers are seeing results from working with influencers like Kendall Jenner. And you can, too, if you choose influencers with the right audience. So to help you start, I'm going to offer two tips to determine whether influencers have an audience that aligns with your content marketing audience. But first, let's recap what an influencer is. An influencer is someone who has a sizeable, loyal, and engaged audience on social media. An influencer can have millions of followers like Kendall Jenner does on Instagram, or James Charles on YouTube.
